Hello, Ryan Lieb co-owner. I’ve been working in the construction industry for over 18 years now, and I’m passionate about providing reliable, high-quality waterproofing and foundation solutions for homeowners across Washington State.

My journey into construction started at a young age. At just 12 years old, I worked on a farm, learning the value of hard work, responsibility, and the importance of getting things done right. The skills I gained there laid the foundation for my future in construction.

By the time I turned 18, I knew that construction was the path I wanted to pursue. Over the years, I’ve gained invaluable experience in a wide range of areas, from residential waterproofing and foundation repairs to crawlspace solutions and structural work. I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to maintain a home’s structural integrity, especially here in Washington State, where the weather can be unpredictable and harsh.

Now at 36 years old, I have spent the last 18 years honing my craft and building my business, always with the goal of offering top-notch services to homeowners. On a personal note, I’ve been married for 22 years, and together with my spouse, we’ve raised a wonderful family. Being a father has taught me the importance of family, trust, and responsibility.
