We had a railroad tie bulkhead that was failing . Trayton Ryan and their crew repaired it so it was upright and much more solid. Trayton was excellent in client communication and scheduling, their crew was polite, respectful of the property , hard working ,and efficient. This was an extensive job, lasting almost one month. Very pleased with this company, and definitely would recommend them- Trayton ,Ryan & crew deserve 5 stars!

We’ve had a wet basement in an old 1902 house, to which the team installed a french drain, relocated the sump pump, and installed a waterproof membrane along the cinder walls. Trayton and Team are amazing. Prompt and clear communication. Timely availability to get the work done. They showed up every day as communicated (8am on the dot!) with a full crew of hard workers. Their price was much more reasonable than what we were quoted from competitors, and after asking a few follow up questions about the type of sump pump and plans for digging (targeted questions I was told to ask by a friend who’s in the basement/excavation business in another state), their answers all exceeded our expectations. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
I had these guys do some extensive work in my crawl space. I thought the price was more than fair, and looked great. They took great care in keeping everything clean while walking thru my house. I highly recommend them over the other companies to choose from.
We recently had Rescuers Down Under out to my Sammamish house to deal with a spring in the backyard and one under the house. Trayton and his crew spent a week installing a 4ft deep drainage trench across 100 feet of backyard as well as more drainage connected to the large french drain that was dig around the brick patio. The under home water issue was substantial and it’s now fixed with a completely drainable system. Both the backyard and under home drainage systems are connected to in-ground sump pumps to pump the spring water to the storm sewer under the street curb. This will finally allow us to have a lawn in the backyard where the kids play.
We are super pleased with Rescuers Down Under and I’d not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you Trayton and Team!

I was shopping around for good water proofing work and I was glad one of the companies I called was Rescuers Down Under. Trayton came out and gave me several options with reasonable prices, and told me what he recommended to have done without upselling. When the Rescuers crew came out to do the work, they were fast, efficient and clean. Not just clean in the house, but they left the crawlspace clean and orderly. Much better than the how a previous water proofing company had left it. I really liked the quality of their work, their attention to detail and the straightforward way they communicated with me. Very good prices too. I’ll definitely use them again if the need arises, and I’ll certainly recommend them to friends and neighbors. It’s also great to support local businesses. It sure seems like the water proofing and foundation companies are getting gobbled up by giant companies that overcharge and underdeliver these days.

Rescuers Down Under completely restored the foundation on a 40+ yr old custom log cabin of mine out in Mason County. The foundation was in poor shape with over 4″ of drop in the worst spots. Rescuers worked closely with an engineering group to design and install a 16 pier solution that not only permanently fixed the foundation but also raised the cabin to its original level. They also did a lot of repair work under the floor and encapsulated the entire crawl-space under the cabin. This was a big project for me to take on and Rescuers sure made the process easy. Trayton, Ryan and crew were a delight to work with, and I would recommend their work to anyone!
After I experienced a horrible raccoon intrusion, Rescuers Down Under restored the space underneath my home. They performed an initial inspection and provided photo and video evidence detailing the damage. It was a huge help to visibly see the scope of the problem and the repairs needed in a space we could not access. We discussed recommended repairs and he provided a written estimate spelling out the costs and timeline. They provided great communication along the way. The work was performed exactly as specified and within the timeframe and cost agreed. The damaged insulation was removed and replaced with new insulation, HVAC vents reconnected and the vapor barrier restored. I can highly recommend the Rescuers Down Under for this type of work. Best bet would be to NEVER see another raccoon or have the need to engage their services again, but if it does happen to you, you’re in good hands with the Rescuers Down Under.
We have had a leaky basement for decades. We’ve put in french drains and sump pumps and still have some problems. A bigger company put in our sump pump and drainage lines but failed to do the entire front of the house. I emailed some companies including the one that already did the work. They never even called me back. Another company came and dude was pretty out there. He was talking about taking out trees and with the high bid, I didn’t have a good feeling.
Then I lucked out and emailed Trayton. Trayton arrived with his partner Ryan. As I showed them my problem, I could tell that they were very knowledgeable and definitely the ones for the job. Really good guys, not crazy like the other bid too! The bid came in and I was more than happy with it! Very fair and they beat all the other bidders. The Rescuers Down Under (not aussies) started the job within a week and were done and cleaned up in a couple days. Everything looked great and at an extremely fair value!
Now they also went above and beyond to please their customer. My wife was really worried about her laundry room flooring. I told them about it and they weren’t sure but said they would try and salvage it. Well they took each piece out and kept every piece in order and placed the floor in order and in another room. This was no easy task for them and I really appreciate that. We were able to get the floor in and now we are all dry and good to go. Happy Wife, Happy Life!
